These elements create a theme that is both romantic and dream-like. This wedding trend makes us swoon for big ballgowns and delicate hair pieces for that princess vision. Crisp neutrals paired with soft pastels create an ethereal look seamlessly.
Shining Metallics
Metallic accents are always a part of weddings, but this year they are taking center stage! Metallics aren’t just for candelabras and vases. We are seeing metallics being incorporated into the main color scheme of many weddings! We have even seen metallic accents in wedding gowns! What we love about adding metallic touches as a main part of wedding décor is how perfectly any color can be accented.

Pantone’s Ultra Violet
We love drawing from Pantone’s Color of the Year for wedding themes! This year’s Ultra Violet is a favorite because of how timeless purple coordinates with wedding décor. We also can never get enough of the purple florals making their way into bridal bouquets and wedding centerpieces such as lavender, bright lilac, irises, orchids, and hydrangea.
Other ways to highlight Pantone’s Color in your wedding theme is to add up-lighting and other pops of purple with your linens or tablecloths. We love to see bridesmaids decked out in a beautiful purple next to the bride!
